Daemon

Kiwi Syslog Daemon is a freeware Syslog Daemon for the Windows platform. It receives, logs, displays and forwards Syslog messages from hosts such as routers, firewalls, Unix hosts and any other syslog enabled device. There are many customizable options available. Features include PIX, LinkSys firewall logging, SNMP trap and TCP support, filter using scripts. Service edition available. The registered version has additional features.

Free Secure Tunnel Service for use with Kiwi Syslog Daemon (or compatible). It receives, compresses, and securely transports syslog messages from distributed network devices to a Kiwi Syslog Daemon. With Kiwi Secure Tunnel it is possible to securely and reliably transport your syslog data across any potentially insecure network, such as the Internet. It can monitor files and send any new information from these files as syslog messages.

A Free Windows Syslog message generator which sends Unix type Syslog messages created from the GUI to any PC or Unix Syslog Daemon. Excellent for testing your Kiwi Syslog Daemon or other Syslog Daemon setup and diagnose communication problems. Supports TCP syslog messages for emulating PIX firewall messages.

Kiwi Logger (KLOG) is a free suite of syslog message sending tools for Windows. The tools allow you to add syslog message sending capabilities, via UDP or TCP, to your applications. The syslog messages can be received by Kiwi Syslog Daemon or compatible Syslog Daemons. You can access KLOG via console command line, Windows command line, Win32 API DLL , .Net DLL, COM DLL or ASP DLL.
